In Brazil, the central authority reviews the applications for assets and liabilities, suggesting adjustments, and acting as a sort of court administrative admissibility, that aims to accelerate and improve the quality of the cooperation results.
The Attorney General's Office is the Central Authority in Brazil for requests of direct assistance intended and derived from Portugal and Canada.
